Who We Are
We believe that each child is a unique gift from God. We strive to provide an engaging curriculum with meaningful center based activities that support a child as they investigate the world around them. We believe that play is a source of learning independence and confidence. We challenge children to explore their interests, acquire knowledge, and build new skills while intentionally creating opportunities to know God’s love and prepare for kindergarten.
SBC Kids Preschool is a non-profit program of Summerland Baptist Church that has been serving children for over 20 years. Children 4 years old (born in 2021 and entering Kindergarten the following year) are welcome to register for morning classes either five days, three days (M/W/F) or two days (T/TH) a week from Sept 15th 2025 to June 12th 2026. Class runs from 9am – 12pm.
All children must be toilet-trained (no diaper or pull ups).
Our 2025/2026 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday class is currently full
We are currently exploring the possibility of opening a second class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. To move forward, we need a minimum of 10 children enrolled. If you are interested in a two-day-a-week option, please add your name to the waitlist. Once we reach the required number, we will reopen registration for those days.
